I cannot recommend Dr Pool highly enough. Dr. Atif sent me to him in October for a double bypass. I’m 55 years old and run 3 miles a day and I couldnt believe I needed surgery. He explained what was going on, what options I had and all the risks. Didnt want to hear some of it but Im glad he was thorough. I felt very comfortable with him. After my surgery was successful, he saw me every day and his team was great. It was a lot of people. Its been a tough ordeal but I feel good and Im certainly grateful to have had such a great surgeon on my side.

Dr. Pool put my wife and I ease from the moment we met him. He spent a long time explaining bypass to us - he drew a picture. The he did the surgery and I did great. His team was terrific and took great care of me. I'm so glad he was my surgeon.

I met Dr Pool October 3, 2013 outside the OR. With care and Grace he saved my life that day. 10 years later I have seen 2 of my children get married and they have provided me with 5 grandchildren and a myriad of very memorable family events. It still amazes me that he and his team gave 10 hours of their day to me a complete stranger which saved my life. Since that day I've learned that several of my friends received the same attention Dr Pool provided me. Dr Pool has worked very hard to become this very gifted surgeon and deserves all of our appreciation. If you need him seek him out!
