Dr. Pool is one of the most kind and gifted surgeons I have ever met. He is gifted in teaching and explaining and does not take his patient's variables (like but not limited to) knowledge/education/experience or anxiety, for granted. I have given his name to everyone who spoke to me about the possibility of needing cardiac surgery. If I or anyone I know ever needs a Cardio-Thoracic Surgeon I will always mention Dr. Pool first.
