Had been dealing with a difficult issue and was a complete waste of time. She sounded condescending and did not provide anything meaningful whatsoever to try to help me resolve my issue. I am surprised to read the positive reviews, so it does seems as if she can actually do a good job when she wants to. But I would not recommend her.

Dr Ingrid is my doc for few years and I am lucky to have her. She take time to explain to me so I understand. She refer me when I have heart problem and saw specialist the next day and surgery one week. She save my life before christmas. She is very patient and very smart. I have never met doc like her. More doc need to be her.

Dr Lam's an extremely compassionate physician. She's thorough, never rushes you and is never late. I'm very thankful for her expertise and support during all these years.

I'm physically healthy but I can't say the same for my mental health. My last GP was good until I got anxiety and depression. I switched to Dr Lam and she's the most patient and compassionate person I know. Yes she's smart but what sets her apart is that she has a heart.

Dr. LAm is excellent and very prompt with her appointment. The only complaint I have is about the office. They never picked up the phone and it is very difficult to get an appointment.

I cannot describe how very fortunate and grateful I am to be in the hands of such a compassionate and knowledgable physician. I have been seeing Dr. Lam for almost 3 years now and really appreciate how much she emphasizes on prevention.

Dr Ingrid Lam is very knowledgeable and tries to care for the whole person - mental and physical. I am sad I had to switch family doctors when I moved away cause she is great.
