Very hppy at this office and with Dr.B. Me and my family have been with him for years and we all like him and his office.

I was impressed with the office and staff. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. He was about 5 minutes late but he apologized about it and I still got out of the appointment on time. I only saw him for an emergency r cause my usual dentist was away on vacation but I think I might make the permanent switch.

I deliberately took a few days before posting my review to ensure I was in the right head space to provide a helpful review which is not too flowery as I left my second appointment at North Oakville Dental elated. Yes, you read that correctly. I have severe medical anxiety and, after having a less than enjoyable experience with a dentist who I turned to after I found out my dentist had moved out of the country, to say I was skeptical is an understatement. By some miracle I was connected with Dr. Hartley Blumenfeld via a secondhand recommendation and I'm so glad I was. I have zero anxiety at the thought of going to my next appointment. Dr. Blumenfeld is wonderfully kind, confident in his abilities, and highly skilled. He did not worry me needlessly with elaborate medical speak . He was pragmatic without losing warmth. I felt informed and in control of my care. Yet I was able to let go and trust I was in good hands. His dental assistant, Melissa, was friendly and had great rapport with him, helping the work to go smoothly. And it made all the difference that the front desk admin, Samantha, who coordinated my appointments, took such great care of me and was likely one of the most positive, upbeat, and friendly people I’ve ever met. The whole team is exceptional (I will update after my hygiene experience). I could not be more pleased (and relieved) with the kind of care and service I’ve received. If this dentist moved to Scotland like my previous dentist did, for a moment I’d consider following him. (Please don't move to Scotland!)

Took the hole family to visit Dr. B at eglinton way dentistry. He was kind and gentle and most important, great with my kids. Very happy with this office and will recommened him to other friends and family members for sure!

Dr Blumenfeld is a really good professional who knows his patients and the dental treatments that they require. He explains everything in detail beforehand, answers any questions thoroughly and then performs the procedures with excellent care and precision. I enjoy going to see him because I know he has my best interests foremost re my dental care. His thorough knowledge of the Invisalign dental procedures and results are impressive. I highly recommend him.

Dr. B is the beeeeeeeest! Great communication, knowledge base, skill level. He has been the one dentist who has consistently found the root (ha) of my problems and treated them appropriately. Further, he knows when a problem is out of his scope and sends you to the expert he knows will sort you out.

I had a filling done and it was as good as a filling can be I guess. What really stood out was that Dr. Blumenfeld gave me a follow up call to see how I was doing a few days after. A little thing like that goes a long way. He seems to really care. I am referring the rest of my family to him.

I’m doing my Invisalign with Dr. B and he is great. He explained everything so clearly and he really seems knowledgeable, patient and kind. My teeth are already looking better and I’m only about half way done my treatment. So happy I chose Dr. B!
