I love Dr. Borgen. Two of my three children had braces from her and the experience was FAR superior to that of my oldest child, who went to the popular dentist down the road. I couldn't recommend Dr. Borgen enough!

Her office manager has a superior attitude, although the rest of the staff seems personable and kind. Dr. Borgen was unclear in her treatment and dishonest in disclosure of information. Her interest in patient care seems to come second to the maintenance of order in the office.

OK. Dr. Borgen casual attitude permeates her staff. My child had mediocre results and was told that happens.
