Great doctor, I never waiting more than 15mins. Only reception no answer the phone sometimes.

He is so rude and unprofessional. I went to his office and asked him to refer me for a second opinion, because I was referred to an oncologist, which I doubt her surgery planning. I tried to explain him what is happening, but he did not want to listen at all. He refused to refer me to another specialist. As a cancer patient, I feel so hopeless that there is no other options at all for me to look for a better treatment. This doctor has no sympathy at all! Avoid him, if you can.

can't believe that Dr. Cheng refused twice to give myself and my husband (who is over 200lbs) a blood test even after we told him that we have never had any physical examinations in the past, and we are planning to having babies this year. He told us that other doctors may approve for blood test easily but definitely not him. I do not recommend this newly graduated doctor that's scared of going over on giving blood tests limit. I've cancelled all of our booked appointments and looking for another doc.

I agree with what everyone said about this clinic having terrible reception. I called a day before my appointment to let them know that I can’t make it and want to reschedule. However, they don’t have a voicemail which is unheard of. So I wasn’t able to leave a message. the next morning I called right at 10am, the time they open, so I can cancel my appointment and reschedule but they won’t pick up. I called 4 times. It rang all the way to the end and the automated message said “the receptionist is on their lunch break and won’t serve patients until 3pm”. That makes no sense. On Wednesday, they open at 10am-5pm. My appointment is scheduled at 10am. So right when they open at 10am, they go on lunch break until 3pm? The doctors working here are good but it doesn’t matter because you cant book an appointment/reschedule if you can’t even get a hold of the receptionist or have someone pick up the phone. Let’s just say, I’ll save my time and not complain more about how bad my first experience was with the receptionist when I went there a month ago.

I have to say Dr. Cheng has a terrible reception now. She is being so rude in the phone. She always try to communicate in Cantonese and claimed many times "I don't understand" when we tried to communicate with her in English/Mandarin/French. she doesn't answer the question or explain anything. She just choose the most easy way for herself to do the work but avoid to carry out her duty conscientiously. I feel so sorry for Dr. Cheng to have such a terrible reception.

We are so glad to have Dr. Cheng as our family doctor. He is very nice and helpful. Especially now he has changed a new reception who is much more kinder than the one before. I have better visiting experience now.

Visited several times and he was helpful. Markham location is always packed but North York location is quite free so I didn't have to wait long. He was quite patient and answered my questions clearly. I would recommend him to my friends.

Horrible doctor, extremely arrogant and disrespectful! I saw him once as a walk-in patient and I'll never visit him again. When I tried to tell him my problems, he rudely told me: “ONE VISIT ONE QUESTION!” He rushed me out with an useless prescription even though there was no patients in waiting. He is highly unprofessional with very poor work ethic. He is the worst doctor I have ever had!
