他是我见到的最没有耐心的医生。看病只3分钟，如果问他问题，他会非常不耐烦。感觉他根本不喜欢这份工作。你想要这样的医生吗？
He is the most impatient doctor I have ever seen. It only takes three minutes for you, and if you ask him questions, he gets very impatient. I think that he doesn't like his job at all. Is that the kind of doctor you want?

Bad doctor, staff rude, he is rude too. Booked phone call with him and missed the call then he never try. I understand his time is precious but every visit he barely want to keep you for more than 10mins there. For some medication he needs to look up the dictionary in his pocket also. Too bad experience with him.

Dr. Hang Cheng has been our family doctor since 2017, he is always nice and patient to us, I usually recommend Dr. Hang Cheng to my friend or someone who needs a family doctor. He is also patient enough to my mom who is a visitor when we go and get the new medication for high blood pressure issue as substitute for the medication prescribed from China.
His assistants are also nice, they always respond to every questions we asked.

He is highly unprofessional, rude & disrespectful. I visited him two times since my family doctor retire. First time less than 2 minute. Second time was less than 1 minute. He is not impatient. When I tried to tell him about my problem. he rudely told me: “ONE VISIT ONE QUESTION!”. After I asked him for prescription information. Just told me, ask pharmacy. In Canada 30 year, I met the worst doctor ever. He is totally not fit for Doctor position. If rates have a zero, definition is Zero

Dr is very impatient and unprofessional. Everytime I see him, it feels like he's in a rush and wants you out after 2-3 minutes. Seems inexperienced too because he had to look into his handbook a few times before he can answer my question. My parents already switched to another family doctor. I am also looking to find another family doctor.

Staff not rude but blunt. Dr kicked me out in 5 minutes. I had many questions that I had to set up another appointment in order to ask. Dr showed extreme impatience. So obvious he has no heart for patients. I am switching to another Dr.

Terrible and rude reception! Only care money! My mother is his patient. Her health card has been expired and not renewed due to COVID-19. But on Ontario website, it says: "You may not need to renew your health card at this time. Most expired health cards remain valid until further notice.". However, the reception insisted not to make appointment for her because of health card expiration. I said I would renew my mother's as soon as possible, please let doctor give her prescription to relieve her pain this time. The reception still rejected me without any sympathy! Then she said if we paid money, she could make the appointment! Is that a doctor or businessman?!
Furthermore, the reception often don't take phone call. Many times, I have to call several times to get answer for making appointment.

I was patient of dr Hang Cheng for yrs, and today I was humiliated by the reception women, she treated my mom and me extremely rude. I asked her couple times to book an appointment and it like I own her a million dollars. Later I was accidentally hit a small plastic photo stand on her desk and I said sorry for 2-3 times, she said to her coworker that I have no common sense in Cantonese, very bad manner reception I’ve never seen before! Dr Hang Cheng Should fire this women ASAP, I will never go to this clinic if she’s there!
