It is a sin to place incompetent people in charge of patient records and important correspondence. It is simply not acceptable yet seems to be a trend with this office. I felt the doctor was at fault for delegating important duties to an office staff that is neither receptive nor compassionate to the patient. I regret the time invested with this doctor.
