Great experience with Dr.Ibrahim and her staff. They were all very friendly and professional.
The office and operating room was very clean and you can tell they take their time to disinfect everything.

Dr. Ibrahim took over from my dentist who retired after 40+ years as my dentist. After several appointments, I've been very pleased. She has a soft, steady hand when doing her dental work which have made work done as pain-free as possible. And zero pain or discomfort after the freezing subsided.
Happy to have her as my new dentsit.

I have been going to Viva Dental for 5 years and at no time was Dr. Ibrahim ever rude, arrogant or rough. She was always professional, caring and knowledgeable plus she has a great sense of humour. She is cutting edge with her knowledge of dental procedures and I've never had such a thorough examination of my mouth and tongue, checking for oral cancer. I went to her at Dryden Dental and at no time did she recruit me to Viva Dental. She is professional and fair. I am not a personal friend of Dr. Ibrahim but I am a very satisfied patient. I'm happy that she could start a business in a city where her skills will be appreciated.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ibrahim for over 2 years now. During a recent dental emergency, Dr. Ibrahim contacted me after hours on the weekend to ensure that I had proper pain management. She was considerate enough to offer to speak with the ER Physician if needed and I was astounded when she so kindly provided me with her cell phone number to text her if needed in case of an emergency before opening the following Monday. Now that is is going ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty and in my opinion is EXCEPTIONAL service!! She fit me in not once but twice during her already filled schedule for an emergency procedure to relieve my dental pain. Her and her patient, kind and professional staff members worked through their lunch hour in order to make sure that I received the treatment I needed. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Ibrahim and and her wonderful team!!! Further to this experience, I can also attest to Dr. Ibrahim's moral character as when I expressed interest in her botox service as a possible treatment for diagnosis unrelated to my dental issues, she was upfront with me and took the time to explain to me that botox was not recommended for persons with my current diagnosis. I appreciated this honesty and the time that she took to explain to me that botox would not likely bring me relief for my particular pain condition. Finally, I personally travel 1 hour from Sioux Lookout, ON to Dryden, ON to see Dr. Ibrahim and her team of professionals in Dryden. I also know of many other families in Sioux Lookout who also do the same. You will forever have my trust as a patient. Dr.Ibrahim is one of the best and Dryden is lucky to have her. She is very knowledgeable . She will accomadate you in anyway possible. The staff are so much fun too .Love it there!!!
