I went to King Street Dental for a cracked filling an needed a crown. I am usually nervous when going to the dentist, but Chris and his staff made me feel comfortable from the start. Both Chris and his staff were professional and very friendly at the same time. The office was very clean, they were prepared for me almost as soon as I walked into the clinic. Not only was Chris very thorough, he was surprisingly fast with his work. I also brought my children to see him and his hygienists and will be coming back.
I would recommend his clinic and want to thank them for their great service.

Had a great experience in the brand new clinic. The renovations are done & the office is state of the art. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Dr. Baldwin provided a painless & comfortable dental apt.

Terrible mess in that office with all the renovations. How do they keep anything clean and sanitized? staff who are anxious, rude, non accommodating and they blame everything they aren't good at on unrelated situations. not to mention that Dr. Baldwin is so cold and far removed from any of his patients needs. Had a very bad experience. been going there for a short while and not happy. Looking for a new dentist.

it might be to dr. Baldwin's advantage to hire a less than flippant secretary, one who is aware of his dental training , education, experience . Professionally speaking one does not "hide" or try to dismiss above required information and be told to"seek out " other dentists.when referencing lack of reviews and documented educational qualifications. Truly??? As she referenced , " dr. Baldwin has one review in the back office somewhere". This does not I still a lot of confidence in a patient seeking dental help with aversions to one drilling in one's mouth. Hopefully dr. Baldwin is more professional than his secretary but upon her advice I will seek another local dentist as this female has done nothing to instill my confidence in dr . Baldwin's abilities nor promote his abilities thereof.
