Biography

Dr. Elizabeth Ault graduated from the Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, Florida and completed her Psychiatry residency with the LSU-OLOL Psychiatry Residency Program in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While at LSU, Dr. Ault served as Chief Resident. She was also the recipient of the 2017 Louisiana Psychiatric Medical Association's Excellence in Psychiatry Award for outstanding achievement and promise in the field of psychiatry and the 2017 LSU-OLOL Excellence in Clinical Care Award. Dr. Ault is excited to provide psychiatric care to older adolescents and adults in the Baton Rouge area and surrounding communities. She is well-versed in addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, and other psychiatric illnesses using medications. Her approach is very personal, and her appointments are longer than most psychiatrists in order to allow for a more comprehensive approach to the whole patient. Dr. Ault is now accepting new patients! She offers psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management tailored to treat each individual's unique needs.
