1 Dr Edward A Clarke, PhD ( psychologist) who is not retired from abuse, in Courtenay, BC Canada, is a sexual offender against minors/ disabled and tried to rape a CLBC client with an ASD with hypnosis and has abused girls since he was a boy, into his teens and as an adult. Ed Clarke always lied or bought his way out previously. One of his victims was 14 when the sexual grooming began when he married with kids, and in his 40s when he raped her. This is one of the sickest men to ever practise in the Comox Valley. Ed had pending charges recently and victimized sexually heavily in office and community. Ed had to be caught and intervened on byvRCMP to be stopped after making death threats to clients, the 14 yr old victim, when her abuse began and winners retail workers who witnessed his abuses. Extremely sick man with a classic narcissistic personality disorder and a sexual offender of minors, disorder who was the local sexual offender, psychologist in the Valley.
