For cataract surgery, Dr. Habib used a new type of lens that corrects my extreme nearsightedness and astigmatism and allows me to see clearly at long distances as well as read small print up close. He was recommended to me by my long time optometrist (who himself was highly recommended by a friend who called him the Marcus Welby of contact lenses) who told me that Dr. Habib is the best he's ever seen for cataracts, particularly his ability to select the lenses that will work best for each patient. I have worn glasses since 3rd grade and I can't remember ever being able to see this well. If I ever did, it would have been over 60 years ago. The results have exceeded all my expectations. My interactions with Dr. Habib and his staff were all positive - everyone was friendly, helpful, informative and they answered all my questions.

Dr. Maged Habib Epitomizes the Best in Health Care.
I recently visited Dr. Maged Habib seeking a second opinion following cataract surgery elsewhere, and I was immediately glad that I did. Dr Habib is highly trained, very skilled and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. On the first visit, he immediately identified the issue, which was properly treated and determined to be positively resolved by the second visit, two weeks later. As a frame of reference, I had been dealing with the issue for over a year without success. However, not only did Dr. Habib immediately identified the problem, he took the time to calmly and clearly provide and explanation, and then proceeded to detail the plan of action in a way that inspires the kind of trust where you just know you are in good hands, and everything is going to be OK. In my opinion, Dr. Habib is a superbly qualified and consummate professional, and I am grateful for his wisdom, patience, kindness and professionalism. I found Dr Habib due to very good reviews since I was new in Boynton Beach. Cataract surgery was explained perfectly to me. Dr Habib had excellent bedside manners and great concern throughout both procedures and appointments after surgery.
I have always been very apprehensive about any surgery but I was at such ease during the surgeries. He is very comforting with any concerns and always explains perfectly. His staff is the best!

Dr. Habib performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. During my first consultation he explained everything very well, took his time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease and confident in choosing him to do my surgery. Both surgeries went fantastic and follow-up appointments went just as well. Everything was easy to schedule as his office staff are also friendly, helpful and concerned for their patients. I am thrilled with the results - no more glasses! I would highly recommend him to anyone.
