I am a firefighter and struggled with my contacts and glasses. Having LASIK has changed my life drastically! I can better perform my profession but I can also enjoy outside activities and playing with my kids without my glasses getting in the way. The staff at Katzen Eye Care were very caring and professional. Dr. Katzen was very thorough and kind. Thank you !!

This Doctor and his staff are very knowledgeable and experienced. I put off surgery for years but when I finally made the decision I was glad I found Dr. Katzen. I can't believe how easy the surgery was and my vision is excellent! I recommend Dr. Katzen and his staff to everyone now.

I had LASIK surgery with Dr. Katzen. Hands down been one of the best decisions of my life. When I started researching LASIK and asking around to my friends where the best place to go was, there was always the same name that came up, Dr. Katzen. I’m so glad I took the plunge. If you have Cataract, go the see Dr Katzen! My life has changed drastically with my new amazing vision. Dr Katzen took the time to explain all my options. Could not ask for better care.

Had my LASIK surgery on Friday and I cannot believe how amazing my vision could actually be! This is the best Christmas gift I could have ever given myself! The staff and Dr. Katzen are superb.

When it's harder to tell which is older the doctor or the office you know you have problems. Everything is so dated and so is the docote's personality. His staff aren't very good and my exam wasn't thorough. They tried to book me for surgery and ineent for a second opinion and I don't need surgery. I don't recommend here.

Dr. Katzen performed surgery at Bascom Palmer in Miami on the muscles in both eyes. Prior to surgery, Dr. Katzen (and others as well) had told me that the corrective surgery for "lazy eye" could mean multiple surgeries and that 4 or more were not uncommon. WELL, although I noticed a hair off and so did he, on his first try everyone thought things were perfect. I did have the second surgery 6 weeks later and this Doctor got things PERFECT. I was very apprehensive having surgery on my eyes as there are no replacements if something goes wrong. However, I can rest assure you that if Dr. Katzen performs your eye surgery, you are in the most capable hands you could ever imagine. I no longer live in Ft. Laud. and am now on the West Coast some 350 miles away, but if I ever need surgery again for my eyes.....Dr. Katzen would be my NUMBER ONE CHOICE.
