Dr Liakos was warm and personable which made me feel very comfortable and assured. His team were also friendly and helped me relax before the surgery. I had an upper blepharoplasty and love the result. No keloids, little scarring and the perfect amount reduced.

Dr. Liakos is a true miracle worker! After the removal of my textured implants by another surgeon, my breasts were left asymmetrical. However, Dr. Liakos skillfully used fat grafting to achieve a beautifully balanced result. I'm so grateful for the expertise and care that finally restored symmetry to my breasts. Highly recommend!

By the time I was diagnosed with breast cancer in both breasts, in each a different type at a different stage, I was 6 weeks shy of my 50th birthday, having never had a significant medical event in my entire life. My two pregnancies had been a walk in the park, resulting in a total of 5 stitches between them. So, when my breast surgeon informed me that I needed a bilateral mastectomy and took me through the options for reconstruction, my uninitiated mind could not conceive of it. I remember reaching home at 4pm following that consultation, going straight to bed, and sleeping until 10am the next morning. And then I met Dr. Liakos. He clearly recognised that I am a pragmatic no-nonsense person and met my enquiries and concerns with his corresponding pragmatic no-nonsense approach. By the time I left his rooms, I was convinced that the bilateral skin preserving mastectomy with DIEP reconstruction was completely doable. It’s now 18 months post-surgery, including the follow up fat grafting procedure – I don’t know who is more delighted with the results, me or Dr. Liakos! It seems like he even astounds himself with the unbelievable gift that he has and the remarkable outcomes of his highly skilled work. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Liakos and humbled to have experienced such super skill, expertise, kindness and sincerity in my care and restoration at his hands, as I am to his phenomenal support team of Sister Laura, Gill and unseen others. Thank you Doc for letting your gift make room for you, for seeing beyond the clinical challenge and connecting with the frightened vulnerable patient behind it.

I have had a few surgeries performed by Dr Liakos and have been extremely fortunate to have received the best care imaginable.
Not only is Dr Liakos a brilliant surgeon, he is honest and really cares about his patients. He is a surgeon who takes the time to listen, to make sure that he understands his patients, so that he can advise exactly what is best for them.
I always felt like he had my best interests at heart.

From my first consult with Dr Liakos I knew I found the surgeon I felt completely comfortable with. I did meet him Afew times before my surgery and every time he assured me and also told me the truth about the risks , there were questions I asked him about my surgery that he explained well to me and made me feel extremely comfortable. I have anxiety but he kept me calm throughout the process. I also asked to add on something extra but he refused saying it is better to address that another time as it places me at a slightly higher risk . When I went into surgery with him on the day I felt safe , I felt like my best interest was at heart at all times . He was clear n knowledgable and you could see he had it all under control , it was my first surgery with general Anaesthetic and till I fell asleep I felt safe with him and his team. The anaesthetise was amazing too. I am back to my normal self and extremely happy with my results and the services of Dr Dimitri and his entire team.

Had a fabulous experience with a DIEP flap reconstruction after my mastectomy with Dr Liakos. Dimitri is hugely talented - my reconstructed breast is so much more than I was expecting! Cannot recommend him enough!
