Very professional service all the way around. Dr. Burton explains everything so I could understand it and was very patient as I asked questions since she installed the tubes in my sons ears 2 years ago and only 1 had fallen out. She recommended having the other one removed since he is older to prevent him from having problems and to help it heal on its own.

Dr. Burton was incredibly knowledgable and conscientious. She spent well over 30 minutes with me and my child, taking all my questions about our recent allergy diagnosis seriously and answering them in a pragmatic and non-alarmist manner. I suspect she does the same for all her patients, which is why we had to wait in the exam room for about 20 minutes before she came in. (Honestly, I don't think we've ever been seen exactly on time by any physician, anywhere.) We switched ENTs in the hopes of finding someone more warm and accessible, and Dr. Burton fits the bill.

Dr. Burton has seen two of my children. She is always thorough with explaining procedures and post op care. The staff has always called to check on them after a procedure is done. We have been under her care for 11 years. Sorry no complaints here

Dr.Burton has operated on and treated all three of my sons for sinus issues. I literally drive an hour to get to her office as I pass many other ENT doctors` offices. My numerous visits with Dr.Burton and her staff have always been pleasant and very informative! I highly recommend this doctor as she is an extremely skilled and knowledgable surgeon with a bed-side manner you can't beat.I have used Dr. Burton for the last 17 years and can honestly say, in my opion, she is the best in her field

My children have been patients of Dr. Burton for about 10yrs of more. She is professional, knowledgeable and has ability to explain your child's condition, treatments available and possible outcomes using the diagrams in the patient rooms so that a lay person can completely understand. Not many docs can or make the time to do this. She also has a personality is "kid-friendly", my kids love her and so do I! My children have had 2 surgeries each and did very well afterwards. Shasta is also a great MA, she's professional, polite, knowledgeable and if for some reason I have to call the office she returns my call in a timely manner. I LOVE Dr. Burton and her staff! Thanks for being an Awesome Office.

My son recently had his tonsils and adenoids removed by Dr. Burton. She went out of her way to explain the procedure and post surgery recommendations to both me and my husband. After the surgery she went over exactly what happened during the procedure and again went over the postop. The only complaint I have is that they have not followed up with me to see how my son is doing. I was told they would call to check on him and that has not happened, we are a week out of surgery. Other then that I would recommend Dr. Burton. Also, we had the surgery at the Windy Hill location and all the nurses and staff were EXCELLENT.

Dr. Burton takes extra time to explain any procedures that she is doing or when she is answering my questions.

Staff is very unprofessional and has no clue on how to file or follow-up on claims. The doctor talks down to you and assumes that everyone is ignorant. Not recommended!

Referred to Dr Burton by son's pediatrician due to failure of school hearing exam. Dr. Burton diagnosed him with having allergies, based on how he looked. She examined his ears and said they were normal and had a hearing test performed by her audiologist. They determined he had a conductive hearing loss and possible fluid in his ear. We were to return in a month to check his hearing and at that time would have a consultation for a hearing aid. I went back to the county health department which originally found the hearing loss and asked for a second opinion. Upon re-examination they found a "mass" in his ear and referred me to a specialist. The specialist did a visual examination and immediately upon looking in his ear, said he had a cholesteotoma in his ear which caused the loss of hearing. Dr. Burton's recommendation was to have him fitted with a hearing aid and treated for allergies.
