I had such a wonderful experience at memorial hospital of sweetwater county today. Dr. Liu, Dr. Croft, Dr. Crofts, Alisha RN, Pat JT, Jodie RN, Isabelle RN, Jan from recovery, the wonderful nursing students who I can't remember the names of, and Deb from marketing all helped to make my day smooth comfortable and easy. I had surgery to remove a cyst in my neck. They took care of me wonderfully. They managed my pain and brought me lots of water. They went out of their way to make sure I was distracted, happy, and comfortable. They even gave me a get well soon card they all signed. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Dr. Liu himself was very professional, yet had a nice comforting sense of humor as well. He was very knowledgeable, he talked me though step by step before he started. I've never felt more comfortable under the care of a doctor before. He promptly took care of my insurance company and got approvals for me. He was just all around amazing. He told me every detailed risk in manner that didn't scare me at all. Loved my experience! It couldn't have been better. I highly recommend Dr. Liu
