He is a very kind person. Puts you at total ease. Saw him at his clinic for a joint replacement meeting. I have total confidence in him. Apparently his group are all joint fellowship trained. Highest level of training. Can't say enough good about the process so far.

Just saw him for my knee. Impressed with office and his manner as others have stated. Took time. Explained clearly and didn’t sugar coat the hard parts of recovery. I feel very confident in this doctor.

He is very kind and caring. Called to just check in on me after my surgery cancelled last week from Corona virus by the Province. I look forward to my surgery knowing he has my best interest at heart.

Dr. Ames fixed both my ankles, first one in 2017 and I had my right ankle done two months ago. He did a great job ( no more pain). He is a wonderful surgeon . Thanks again.

I have had a wonderful experience dealing with Fort Whyte Orthopedics! Staff is amazing. The young man Braydon has been extremely helpful and courteous. Dr Ames is caring and rarely have I had a MD who takes time to actually listen. I highly recommend him and Fort Whyte.!!!

I had a fall Winter 2019. I shattered my femur which unfortunately had a hip replacement done 4 years previous. I was lucky enough to have Dr Ames who reconstructed my femur and had to remove and replace the hip replacement. I am 4 months after surgery and am doing amazing! I am forever grateful!!! Thank you!!!
