I felt the office staff was very cold like she was somewhere she did not want to be but the clinicl staff was niceand dr. Maclellan did not foresee the pain I would have with the protuding bones (which could have been shaved down) when I wore my dentures.

Dr.macllellan is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, understanding and goes above and beyond to assist you even on the weekend he saw me at the oiffice. I wish we had more doctors like him.

I was so nervous to have my wisdom tooth pulled and i know why now, He pulled the wrong tooth which waa very healthy then when he realized he placed in back in and pulled the right one. He was gentle and made it almost painless but I am still confused on how he could of made that mistake? My dential phobia has became a lot worse and i will probably not return to a dentist again unless it is an absolute emergency. He did not speak with me after to explain what he did or if there is any different after care for the tooth that was pulled and put back in, I am almost 5 months pregnant and i am not able to take any pain medication for his painful mistake.

I was terrified about this process. Every I talked to about their wisdom teeth extraction said there was lots of pain and slow healing. But with Dr Darcy MacLellans skill and accuracy there has been minimal pain,Minimal swelling, and has been an easy experience overall. If you have a choice of which oral surgeon you see. Chose this man.

Dr. Maclellan was very knowledgable and patient. As someone who is very nervous in this setting he made me feel very comfortable and informed. The staff was very attentive and professional. Follow up was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience all around! Dr. MacLellan was thorough during consult, didn't mind when we asked questions, and was very thorough in his responses. Very knowledgeable and explained different options and rationale. He never rushed appointments and was very respectful of questions, providing well thought out responses. Staff was thorough and good at what they do as well- reception and support staff alike, great team! All were quick to respond. Pricing was same as other offices, response was quicker, care for the patient was excellent- each member of family was taken care of (both the patient and family members). Exceptional care during treatment, others offices have whisked our children out after a procedure (while they are still medicated)- not Dr. MacLellan, they keep patients in recovery for as long as is needed, this is the safest approach and what offices are supposed to do- his office is the first we've experienced that followed post-procedure safety protocol. All staff, including Dr. MacLellan, were quick to respond (pre and post procedure) and they took great care our son. I am particularly thankful for Dr. MacLellan's collaboration with other Dentists, sometimes treatment involves several Dentists and we had trouble with others not collaborating, this adversely affects the patient and treatment outcomes; this also led to needless repetition of a procedure. This is not the case with Dr. MacLellan, he collaborates with other Dentists, is open to having other dentists consult with him, and does thorough care planning with other professionals involved in our sons care to ensure optimal care for the patient. This was not our experience before and we are very thankful to have Dr. MacLellan following our family; treatment has improved since we made the switch to Dr. MacLellan. For this and many other reasons, I would highly recommend Dr. MacLellan.

Recently had my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Darcy was so professional. His staff were extremely kind and helped me be less nervous! I felt so comfortable after being up half the night worrying about the procedure. All his staff were very professional. I highly recommend Dr. D :)
