Extremely rude reception staff. Very opinionated extremely hard to get an appointment, very difficult to even get someone on the phone. The reception staff are dismissive and judgmental.

Staff are very rude on the telephone. Whoever answers the phone that day.. they are all always disrespectful & think they run the place. This attitude reflects on the physician. I really hope that the Dr. reads these reviews as it reflects on her business. Time to look for a more personable physician with kind, caring staff experience.

I have been with the same office for over 40 years and it is the first time I have seen such a cold doctor and such cold stuff, I feel totally uncared for

Staff is so rude and condescending. Dr. C is not much better. Too much CYA, instead of listing and caring about the individual patient.

Doctor is fine. Staff is not; rude, combative, nosy, offers too many opinions about medical needs when not requested or called for.

Her only help is sending you for bloodwork or telling you to go to emerge. If your bloodwork shows anything she’ll recommend a paleo diet to fix it. If that doesn’t work, you should probably go to emerge. She never seems interested in actually seeing patients in person unless absolutely necessary. If you manage to get an in person, it will be rushed and she’ll tell you to schedule a phone appointment to finish addressing your concerns.
