I cut my radial nerve at 11:00am and saw my doctor who phoned him due to numbness in fingers. i was in his surgery by 2. His team explained everything to me clearly and never used the high tech terms that most doctors use. When I woke up, all the numbness was gone. Still trying to figure out he sutured nerve endings the size of hair. amazing doctor with an awesome and polite bedside manner. One of the few surgeons who actually cares about his patient and doe't treat you like a number. I would highly recommend him.

I had otoplasty done in Febuary 2018 by doctor Gendron. I have no words to describe how happy I am with my results and how satisfied I am with my overall experience. My ears used to stick out a lot and since I can remember I had a very hard time with them; from bullying to low self esteem. This topic was very sensitive for me and I always felt very uncomfortable talking about it. On my first visit with doctor Gendron he made me feel so comfortable and it was very easy to communicate with him. He explained everything about the procedure professionally and in deep details to make sure I understood everything. The day of my surgery everything went well and I had a great experience in the hospital. After my surgery I had some pain (normal after every surgery) and I was a bit concerned. I called his office and even though he is very busy he made time to see me the same day just to make sure my recovery was going well. Not only he is amazing and very skilled at his job, but he's also good hearted, kind, caring and funny. Love everything about dr.Gendron and his staff. This was a life changing experience, so thankful I got to be his patient.

Dr. GENDRON has done 2 surgeries on my son. He thouroughly explained what he was going to do and reassured thay everything would work out. He takes time to sit down with you and give you full details and answers any questions or concerns you habe. He is very friendly with little patients and the parents of the patient. I have been very happy with the success of both surgeries and would reccomend him to anyone needing plastic surgery.

I had to have work done on my right hand due to a dog bite. The hand had been ravaged by rhuemetoid arthritis prior to the bite. It is back or in better condition after the surgery. His care and pride in what he does shows in his work and demeanor. Thank you for a job well done. It is nice to see that a surgeon not only cares for your well being while the surgery is being performed but also cares for your future wellbeing.

We had an minor emergency for our baby, who required plastic surgery on his face. Dr. Gendron made time to see us and book a pre-op to get in early the next morning. He kept us calm and reassured us the surgery would be an easy one. His bedside manners were terrific and the whole process was remarkable.
