Very informative when giving information about my condition, I’ve seen her twice & both times I’ve left satisfied

Dr. Koh is highly professional and knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions in a friendly manner and made things easy to understand. I have never experienced a bad consultation with her. She has my best interests at heart and I trust in her judgement and skills as a dermatologist.

It is hard not to sound vain (especially as I know that there is always someone out there that is worse off than me), but having a skin condition such as psoriasis can be emotionally debilitating as well as physically painful. I was this way when I first went to see Dr Koh a couple of years ago. I was feeling extremely low and was constantly irritated by my psoriasis. I had seen several GPs and one other specialist and I was close to breaking point. I am so glad that I made up my mind to find a new dermatologist. I randomly chose Dr Koh simply because her practice was close to my work (a 10 min drive), and it was as if the stars aligned! Dr Koh has been such a great advocate for me. She is always on top of the latest treatments and she made me feel like I could actually overcome my skin issues! Dr Koh is understanding and has gone out of her way to create the best treatment plan for me. I really feel like she is invested in a positive outcome for me. The other staff at the practice are also lovely, encouraging and professional. Under Dr Koh’s guidance, my psoriasis cleared right up! In recent months, I have experienced a flare-up (as is prone with this condition) but I continue to see Dr Koh (even though I now work over an hour away), as I just so appreciate her expertise, willingness to go the extra mile and her kindness. I would recommend her to anyone!

PS, I gave a 5 for punctuality as I've never had to wait very long and I appreciate it when a doctor spends the time needed to help me. One time, I was running very late, due to a traffic accident and they still managed to squeeze me in. Also, the nurses are always accommodating in changing my UV light appointment times to suit my changing schedule!

Really happy with the level of care provided by Dr Clare. I developed a stubborn rash out of the blue and a similar one appeared at a different spot not long after, causing greater discomfort. Tried all sorts of remedies and none seemed to work which drove me to finally see Dr Clare. When she saw me, she knew exactly what was likely causing the irritation, she took the time to explain, assured me and finally recommended a treatment which I was comfortable with. Thank you so much!
I don't normally post reviews but felt compelled this time because I was shocked when I read the last review. I see an ophthalmologist on a regular basis and sitting in the waiting room for 1 hour is not uncommon with doctors. I understand no one patient is exactly the same and I appreciate how situations can easily throw one's day out. At least I know when I do get to see Dr Clare, she is empathetic and committed to ensuring I am given the best care.

Excellent doctor ... really empathetic. I was so upset when I saw her but she looked after me and fixed up my condition. She runs late but is worth the wait!

I battled severe eczema for almost 20 years. My last flare up caused hives looking patches all over my face. When I saw Dr Clare, she instinctively knew how to treat the condition - simple yet invaluable. My skin returned to normal within 2 days which was amazing - the shortest recovery period and without steroid injections!
