Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and showed me the x-rays where my issues were. Was punctual and showed me some ways to ease my pain. Would highly recommend him to my family and others.

I have been calling for the past 3 days to make a follow up appointment with Dr. Warrell. I have called the first two times after 4pm (mea culpa) and I never got a phone call back. I called today and when I got to the operator, the call dropped out of nowher. I called again and I got someone on the line. Explained myself for the 3rd time that despite not being checked by Dr. Warrell for the past year, he especifically instructed me on our last visit that next visit, I should tell the appointment staff that I needed an MRI before go seeing him again. I tried to explained over 3 times to person on the phone, I kept hearing that I needed to book a new appointment for follow up, which it was useless as Dr. Warrell can do nothing as he already knows my Calcific tendinitis on my shoulder and needs to see it on an MRI. I even asked to please relay the information to Dr. Warrell, but that did not happen either. Conclusion, the poor Staff experience led me to switch Doctors.

Dr. Warrell is an awesome doctor with a great bedside manner. And that is which very reassuring to a nervous patient. Cynthia his assistant, nothing was too big or too small for her to manage. She returned all my calls and in a timely manner ~ great customer service. What a team.

Dr. Warrell took his time to explain better the cause Of my injury, he listened to my worries and concerns and also did my knee surgery with less time wasted, very professional and his knowledge is a gift from God I give him and his staff 5 stars I recommend them
