Dr Rivera is a saint. He listens to you. He’s lovable & one of the most reliable, loving, kind men that I’ve ever seen. He pays attention to your every need & comes up with solutions to ALL your problems. I had my right amputated & I have never had a depression as of yet. It has to do with my positive attitude plus he keeps me going. I will continue seeing dr Rivera forever as well as refer him to anyone.

Dr.Carlos Rivera-Caban is the best. He is extremely trustworthy and an excellent surgeon. It's impossible to imagine anyone better and I would choose him again and again. His results are very natural, he listens well and is responsive. Extremely grateful to him- you will not have any regrets!

I went to the office on 04/09/2020 and had issues from the beginning with Dr being out of network. With the Covid-19 going on I had no other choice but to bring my 12 yo grandson with me to help me with getting to office with broken foot. As we are in the office I was on phone calling insurance to try and get Dr paid in network. A couple walked in and asked the receptionist for a face mask. As in the office there are notices that state of you need a face mask please ask for one. My grandson asked the front desk receptionist for a mask and her response was you should of came in with one from home. He left that office and stated to me she gave the man one when he asked and why not me. Are we not people are do we not deserve not to be protected. The disappointment in the office staff after that made me not want to see the Dr. when my insurance company called I reported the incident. I would of never thought that the front desk staff would have been so un compassionate to a child that simply only wanted protection.

Dr. Rivera-Caban is an exceptional surgeon. He is very easy going, explains the full procedure, options and what to expect with the surgery. We had the utmost confidence in him. His staff are fabulous also! They are all very professional and helpful! Highly recommend! 🥰🥰
