Not helpful at all. Constantly arguing with him for the support I need. Tired of the gaslighting from him

We have been working with Dr. Booy since he first started at Health Village Care in Liberty Village. We adore him. He take care of myself, husband and my 2 boys, and has been nothing but amazing. He listened carefully, always time on time (which doesn't happened in this field very often). We always feel supported. we moved in Burlington a few years ago, and we refuse to switch family doctor, so we drive when it necessary, this is how much we appreciated him.

I have been blessed and very fortunate to be cared for by Dr. Jason for many years now. He is truly the most caring MD I have ever met, and I’m no spring chicken.

Dr. Booy is our family (of four) doctor and he is the most patient, caring doctor we've had. He's gentle with our toddler and respectful and attentive of the needs of our sensitive older child. He is non-judgemental and empathetic when a problem arises, he listens first, then asks questions. He never assumes that he knows best and asks if you feel comfortable with the plan that he suggests. We are so lucky to have him as our family doctor.

I feel extremely fortunate to have Dr Booy as our family doctor. He is attentive and really takes the time to listen to his patients. Dr. Booy has helped me to navigate the first year of being a new parent. He has been responsive and empathetic as I navigate every sniffle and cold with my son. I am so thankful we have him in our lives! I could not recommend him more.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr Booy as a family doctor. At the start of every appt he asks me if I have any questions or concerns he can address before he asks his. Attentive, empathetic, kind, and current with care guidelines

Every time I need help (and I do not go to the doctor often, maybe once every year and a half), doctor Booy completely ignores me, downplays everything I feel might be wrong, and his solution is to just wait it off. Without checking anything, without any tests, just nods his head like I am some hypochondriac, and tells me he hopes it will be better...
My solution: I simply stopped going to the doctor at all, out of fear of being ignored yet again. I tried switching to another doctor at Village Family Health, but they do not allow it.
I heard similar stories from friends who have him as their physician as well.

Lucky to have him as my doctor. He goes above and beyond and truly cares about his patients.
