Dr. Bianca Whittaker was my daughters doctor at UCSD Medical Center Hillcrest and I really admire her for being an intelligent and beautiful doctor who puts time and love into her the job she does! She was our angel and my husband and I are thankful for doctors like Dr bianca whittaker.
