To the patient who complained about most doctors (and their office staff)addressing you by your first name -this is for reasons of confidentiality. If you are somewhat of a celebrity or well known in any way in your community, you might not want it known that someone from your family is seeing a mental health professional. "Take a seat Mrs. Horgan" ," How are you Mr. Chretien?" 'Having a good day Mrs. McCallum?". Get the point?

I was very pleased with my 1st visit with Dr. Singh today, she made me feel like I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left. I suffer from severe depression for last few years, so nice to be treated with respect, professionalism and care. She’s very knowledgeable and was quick to review all my meds.
I finally feel I’m on my way to recovery under her care. Great caring Doctor.

Dr. Singh didn't listen to me at all. I was disappointed at her demeanour and way to came off to me. She also misdiagnosed me. Overall, bad experience.

Dr Singh is very kind and caring. Also very flexible and listens to the patients needs. She is exactly what I want in a doctor.

I received a call today advising Dr Singh is closing her private practice. I am devastated, as she was the perfect doctor for me. I have no idea what I will do now.

I have been seeing Dr Singh for about a year now. She definitely is the best psychiatrist I ever had. She has knowledge regarding medications. I suffered from extreme anxiety and she found the right medications for me. I've been dealing with bad anxiety for years and unlike my previous psychiatrist she knew what to give me that was right for me. She is extremely professional and actually listens and talks to you, giving solutions for my problems. If it wasn't for her part in finding the right meds for me I wouldn't be as well as I am. I'm very grateful for her part in my life. I haven't felt this great in 20 years . Hats off to her.

She was running a few minutes late but apologized. Very professional doctor. Always addresses me by my last name. Most people use the first name to address patients in mental health. I asked her to address me by my first name and she told me she does it to show respect. Such a sweet lady. I can see her in a emergency and she has never turned me away when I needed to see her. Calls me if I leave an urgent message asking her to call me back. I think psychiatrists are suppose to document appearance as part of their evaluation. I am so thankful that I found this doctor. She has helped me so much!
