Dr. Barb Haines did my rhinoplasty in June 2023 and the experience was top notch, from the consultation to the recovery. Dr. Haines walked me through what to expect at each stage. I couldn't be happier with my new nose!

I had my consultation appointment with Dr. Haines on July 20th. She was 30 minute late but her staff was very welcoming and made me feel at easy while waiting. Dr. Haines was professional and straightforward when answering my questions. I don't mind the straightforwardness since I'm trying to have my questions answered preciously. She also showed me some images to illustrate some potential outcomes of the procedure which was nice.

Overall, it was a good interaction with Dr. Haines and her office.

I must caught them on an off day, perhaps they were short staffed. My appointment with Dr. Haines was late. I was greeted by the staff when I first got there but had to wait for quite some time, there was no magazines or anything to pass the time either. Staff also didn't check up on me while I was waiting. Dr. Haines appeared to be a bit rushed when I finally got to see her. She was still very professional but I just felt that her answers where short and did not offer more information than simply and quickly answering the question. I also feel the interaction was a bit harsh. My questions were still addressed so I guess it was still an useful consultation.
