I was sent to Woman's and Infants Triage by my personal OBGYN.I had to wait several hours once I was there, which should be expected in a triage situation, but was an overwhelmingly stressful time for me and my husband who were worried about the health of our baby. The nurse was very understanding and respectful and visited frequently, doing what she was able. Once Dr. Tronnes arrived after 3 hours, she was rude, abrupt and cold. Most distressing was how accusatory she was, indicating that we had waited too long to report our concern and rolling her eyes when I explained why I had only recently been alarmed by the issue. She was condescending to everyone around her, especially the kind nurse that had worked so hard to make us feel at ease. When testing determined the issue, she gave us a printout explaining what could be done, but her verbal advice conflicted with the information given.Given a choice ladies, avoid this doc.
