I echo what every other patient seems to feel about this surgeon. He is great and pours his life into his art it is very clear. I’m grateful to be in care of Dr. Patel. He makes himself available outside the office hours to me and this is above and beyond what any doctor ever do.

It is a long story how I got to Dr. Patel but suffice to say he was the THIRD Doctor I asked to fix my distal radius fracture. One Doctor turned me down and the other had no time to even see me for an evaluation. Dr. Patel was SWIFT to help. Dr. Patel gave me great comfort that he could fix my problem and scheduled the surgery immediately. He was the most compassionate Doctor that I have encountered. I felt immediate comfort that I was in his hands.
The surgery was a success and because he is a plastic surgeon also my scar is minimal and I expect you won’t see it a year after the surgery. I still have a way to go with Physical Therapy but I am VERY PLEASED with my progress and I am immensely grateful Dr. Patel was my doctor.

Had a breast augmentation with Dr. Patel 7 months ago. He is genuinely the best, and most honest surgeon you can find. He isn’t trying to sell you anything like the others and is genuinely interested in giving you the best result while being upfront with what is safe and unsafe. If you want a honest surgeon who is going to do his best for you, then run to Dr. Patel. He knows his stuff and is clearly passionate and dedicated. I ended up in his office because of skin cancer on my nose. In the past I had dermatologists remove but it was my face and I used my good judgement for once to see a plastic surgeon. The way I have healed one would never know what a large piece of skin was removed. I am thankful for the surgical skill of Dr. Patel.

Dr. Anup Patel and the staff at Orlando Hand Surgery Associates are the definition of professionalism and skill. I was injured while out of town in Atlanta on a Friday with a resulting very serious wrist fracture, and was seen at OHSA as soon as I returned the next Wednesday. The fracture required surgery and Dr. Patel immediately made me feel at ease with his knowledgeable and efficient assessment. He was clear about the seriousness of the fracture and scheduled me for emergency surgery within two days that following Friday (a week from the injury). His dedication to my treatment and sense of urgency were a relief. I would note that he called me the night after my surgery despite a very loaded day of work for him and made sure I understood how my procedure had gone and what I should expect afterwards in terms of healing and pain management. I cannot say enough about the quality of care I received during follow up visits by him and the associate staff. Dr. Patel is a clear communicator, relatable, and compassionate. His additional practice of plastic surgery were an unexpected bonus when it came to the resulting healed scar. I cannot imagine a better path through surgery and healing than the one I experienced.

Dr. Patel completed a Brachioplasty surgery on both of my arms. Dr. Patel was very honest from the first day and throughout my entire surgery. Dr. Patel called me multiple times checking up on the progress, along with how I was feeling after the surgery. Dr. Patel is an outstanding surgeon and I was highly pleased with his results. I had three failed surgeries when I went to see Dr. Patel. He was unlike every other surgeon starting with his background which I should always look into I have learned. He was not pushing aggressively on surgery and really wanted to help heal me without it. Also unlike other surgeons. He had a mess to fix and eventually we did go through with surgery with him which has given me more relief than I’ve felt in years. I would recommend him to anyone. He is the best plastic surgeon and hand doctor I have come across.

Dr Patel did my wife's breasts and he by far and away the best surgeon I have ever seen. We communicated with him directly (not office staff and nurses). My wife is a Doctor and extremely picky, Dr Patel put her at ease and truly did a great job. There is nothing about our experience with him that we would change. He is going to do a rhinoplasty on me in January and I would let no one else in the world do it other than him. Truly a five star experience

I had a Redo of my breast augmentation with Dr. Patel two months ago because the first time I had surgery with another surgeon the implants were not placed right. I went to a top surgeon in town but when I met Dr. Patel I knew he was different from consult to after. He gave me tons of information on what his plan would be to help and then once I had surgery he followed up with me until I was fully healed. He gave me his direct contact info and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. This was so different from the first reputable doctor who only saw me during my appointments otherwise I had to talk to his pa. Very happy with my results and would go to Dr. Patel again.
