My family and I were patients of Dr Darko for 22 years. I went in to see Dr. Lo a few times and he was ok but I decided to move on after a particular visit. I came in to have a filling replaced and he looked at my teeth and said that one of my wisdom teeth had a really big cavity. “You must be in a lot of pain. You’re not? You don’t feel that??” he asked. I didn’t feel anything. He told me that the tooth had to come out because it will compromise the tooth next to it and that I should have it removed. I told him I’d like to think about it. He left the room and came 5 minutes later and was about to give me freezing when I stopped him and asked what he was doing. He said he was going to take the tooth out. I told him that I needed more than a few minutes to think about it and I would get back to him. The reason that I’m writing this review is because I went to another dentist for a second opinion. I asked him to check my teeth to see if he sees anything of concern. He found nothing. I asked if I had a big cavity on my wisdom tooth and he said no and laughed, wondering why I was asking. 3 years later, I still don’t have a cavity on my wisdom tooth where years ago I apparently had a “huge” cavity. I’m glad I still have all my teeth. Makes me wonder if I needed to have that filling replaced at all (it wasn’t giving me any problems) I have heard from former employees that about 600 patients have left since Dario retired

How we miss Darko and the team. Every visit is like a time-share presentation SELL, SELL, SELL. Staff must be on commission. My family of four finally moved on. So much dental work being pushed on every one of us and an hygienist who thinks she knows more about my insurance plan than I do. “Come back in 4 months, they will cover it”. It is a shame because he seems like a very nice, knowledgeable guy. My wife suspected it from the very first visit but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. You owed us something better than this Darko!

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Dr. Lo and his team are amazing. I am so happy I found him. He is thorough, attentive, and really makes my concerns heard. His team is top notch - so friendly and accommodating. I am sending all my friends and family!

Dr. Lo needs better hygienist who r more experienced and don’t experiment on children’s teeth...we remember the good staff with dr.Darko who was really professional and skilled and nice welcoming people..

Dr.Alvin Lo is a nasty rude dentist he called cops on me for calling his office & he has attitude when he's working on teeth.

Dr. Lo is different...he's extremely aware and sympathetic. He is very focused on not great results but the greatest results for each individual patient.

Dr. Lo and his team have been excellent! They provide patient compassionate care and I don't feel they are ever pushing me to receive more treatment than necessary. I would highly recommend him to family and friends

Dr. Lo is a knowledgeable, friendly and professional dentist. He genuinely cares about your comfort and satisfaction with treatment, as does his staff. Dr. Lo and his staff are patient and kind, and they welcome whatever questions you may have and respond with honest advice. Highly recommend!!

I do not recommend this office. My appointment was rescheduled so many times. And not for reasons of mine. When I finally have an appointment, I’m left in the dentist chair for 30 minutes waiting.

I don’t understand how a simple filling turned into the worst experience in my life. I’ve been in pain since I sat in his chair up until today, two weeks later! The front woman keeps telling me its normal... Oh and he's so expensive too.
