I’m writing this after one of his employees told me not to do any type of surgery with him ! The employee states he’s super nice but once he has your money he’s totally different! Is very moody . The employee told me he hit a child and gets employees to write reviews and friends? Wow he’s a 3.3 on google with fake reviews and low here? Crazy ! The employee also told me he does other things than what patients want and doesn’t let them know ! Wow , I’m amazed he can practice? He can’t be good with fake reviews and hitting a child and doing other things to patients that they didn’t want ! The emphasis he’s very full of himself . Thanks to that employee, saved me ! Can’t believe doctors are like this ?

Arrogant central here. No greeting by him, he just followed in behind his assistant. As a patient I was a second class citizen. He looked at me like I was a joke, and took my words as not truthful. Did not care that I was in pain, and had a poor attitude like I was an inconvenience to his life. When he was done he just walked out, didn't say anything to me....just literally walked out. Such a strange man, definitely needs to take a humanization course.

Today is one year since dr. Esmail fixed a deviated septum in my nose. Well today is a year thwt half of my nose is still numb and I have the same issues breathing as I did before surgery

He is The most arrogsnt man I have ever met. He should stick to his overrated plastic surgery centre. I’ve had nothing but trouble for a year including a broken crown,, followed by a $7000 implant that happened when I was intubated during the nose procedure. Worst decision of my life!!!

Paid for a hair transplant and the doctor wasn’t even in the building. Now I have to have a combover because it’s lop sided. This doctor couldn’t give a crap about the results once he was paid.

I saw dr. EsmAil in February for deviated septum surgery. Manitoba health pays for this. It was not fun! I saw him twice after the surgery because my nose was quite numb. Mid December and it is still numb and sinus headaches are killing me. Also when they were intubating me they broke a crown on an eye tooth. I called to talk to a manager and never received a call back (maples surgical centre). I am now in the process of an implant to the tune of $7000.00 for that tooth. After reading comments here I agree.. this guy is all about the money for his plastic surgery business. Arrogant as heck. Manitoba health should stop paying him for nasal surgery.

We went to see this doctor in May my girlfriends some say he’s good , some say he is a flake ! , well waited 30 minutes past appointment, really didn’t listen , staff was good but cult like . My boyfriend was with me , said the doctor is full of himself, my boyfriend said he didn’t think he had the skills especially when saying he’s better than other doctors? I’m still undecided however I did think he’s a salesman rather than a doctor

OMG ! Beware ! He’s all about money and not helping people! I went to another doctor in the City who agrees he’s all about his power status? He’s full of himself! If he’s Winnipegs best as he says , Wow then Winnipeg is in trouble!

I’ve seen Dr. Ali several times for various minor medically necessary procedures. He is kind, exceedingly easy to understand, and my results were exceptionally good. I highly recommend him. His staff was really great too, genuinely cared and showed concern, accommodated my requests.

Dr. Esmail and his staff are the best. Amazing work done for my rhino-septoplasty and the staff is beyond thorough with appointments and all things admin. Some appointments start a bit late but the staff always make sure to keep you updated and comfortable while you wait.
