Appt scheduled I was 10 minutes late due to traffic, called knowing that I would be late.The receptionist ask if I was the new patient, put me on hold , returned and told me that I had to reschedule because the doctor had to leave on time....the professionalism was not there...as of today havne't heard anything from the Doctor....glad that happened because I found a great doctor after all.
