They don't get any better than Dr. Lu. Been a patient for 10+ years. Will spend as much time with you as you need, answers all your questions, and is very supportive.

This doctor does not fight for health, when you complain about his Nurse he does not take action, and leaves far to much in the hands of the nurse who is rude. Your complaints are ignored. More then one time, he has put my medical health on the back burner. And it caused me dire problems and further health problems. Only after I got another doctor on my case did he take action. I don't feel he knows about my illness and is not researching it to find the best medical service for me as I have MDS caused by Chemo. This is the second Doctor in this practice that I have seen, and changed due to the same problem with the first. So it leaves me to think this practice works with you if the problems are easy but once you fall into a more serious situation they scratch their heads and act like a band aid doctor instead of the specialist they are suppose to be. We put our lives in their hands, and they act like our lives don't matter.
