Do NOT go to Tsao! Especially if you're a woman. He will try to convince you that you have an issue in your uterus and that you need to be referred to get it cut out. I'm not sure what his incentives are, but I know at least 3 other women where he advised the same surgery.

Unless you are a pregnant patient - stay away. He's not really helpful otherwise and is more interested in charging you fees and keeping you waiting. Thinking of transferring your file to another doctor - good luck with that, you will be charged unexplainable charges.

I was really struggling with frank symptomatic hyperthyroidism which so obvious and I was suffering. She was the best.

Why is it always have to be one and a half hour wai even with appointment. What is the wait without appointment. This 3sooo ridiculous. Seriously considering changing, and it have a very big time being not a Chinese patient.

He is not a helpful doctor. There is only money in his eye not patients . He doesn't care about patients.

Our family has been going to him for years! He is extremely knowledgeble and helpful. He takes the time to listen to our issues. The wait time is long, so book your appointment in advance! He delivers babies, so sometimes the wait time is long because he was at the hospital completing a delivery. Emergencies come up, and sometimes he has to leave for them. That's what doctors do. Our family has always been understanding of that fact. His staff does a great job at notifying patients in advance if he has an emergency. We really appreciate that. Overall, we highly recommend Dr.Smiley.

Good doctor, super busy but which doctor isn't? I read the complaints here but Jeep in mind that doctors have to follow procedures so just because you can't get what you want, doesn't mean the doctor is wrong.

Dr Tsao is not friendly nor helpful so if you need an immediate help better go somewhere else. He is only into making more money for himself and does not care for his patients like a good doctor should. He is pretty knowledgeable but unfortunately he does not use it to a good practice and it is sad. I read a few of other reviewers who are just so honest and not afraid to express their true feelings. He is always fully booked and the wait time could be months before you could even be seen by him. When I was there I always felt being rushed into --- I guess the thoughts of those many people waiting to be seen by him bothered him and we were thus treated like cars being serviced. I am tired of this and decided to leave and go to another doctor and am glad I finally found a very good family doctor who cares like a family.

Dr Tsao is a good family doctor with good knowledge, but his schedule is often overbooked. Wait times can often be 30 minutes to an hour after your scheduled time. His staff does a fairly good job, but don't follow up with appointment calls so it's important for patients to keep track of schedule. He often recommends patients to take additional vaccination which aren't always covered by insurance, so I question whether there's any incentive on his part.
