Great family dentist for 20 + years. Always felt that the treatment provided was best suited to our family needs. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

2 years the hygienist noticed something under my tongue according to the dr. Nothing to be concerned about just monitor- yes the man told me to quit smoking but after 2 years of making notes every 3 months -i finally got back in her chair she had the NEW dentist look at this which he did extensively - Nothing like hearing the words - pre cancer and could get into lymphnoids and yeah quitting became pretty easy -obviously I have made my own choices be if I had been provided accurate information i would changed THINGS then it was nothing
heartbroken worried & foolish
seriously blown away hearing everything looks great for 2 years and boom nothing is looking good -just pre cancerous

Been going to Dr. Sylvester for about 20 years. I and my family have always been very pleased with he and his staff. I always book appointments first thing in the morning to avoid possible long waits, so I can't speak for punctuality that well. Requested one time that he NOT use freezing for a filling and he was happy to comply. Had no pain. Some hygienists are obviously better than others in terms of skill, precision and manners, but I've never had a horrible experience. The reception staff and assistants are all generally very pleasant and cheerful.

Thanks to Dr. Sylvester my teeth have never been fixed properly. I left him when I was 16 when the new dentist informed me I needed braces, and badly. Since my bottom jaw was already formed, they couldn't do the proper procedures to fix my teeth. Not to mention the tooth he ruined by re-filling it 4 times without removing the old filling. Thanks to my NEW dentist she has been able to somewhat fix the mess he made of my teeth

I broke my front tooth on bacon and only a stub was left. I was sure it would need to be removed. They fixed my tooth in one visit and it looks as good as new!

My family has been going to this office for over 10 years. The staff is great. My daughter was very frightened by another dentist in the past. Everyone was very kind to her and she now likes to visit the dentist.

Assembly line office, the hygenist does all the work and you might see the dentist for 30 seconds either to say it's okay or to book for a filling. The hygenists are pleasant and my kids like them. It's not easy to ask detailed questions and not feel rushed however. For dental work he did a good job on a crown for me and the price was reasonable. Staff is nice, and they take payment direct from insurance which is very helpful. I didn't like that he only refers to the expensive orthodontist, more choices are needed.

I now visit this office after going to another office where I was paying the same for a cleaning and getting only my bottom front ones clean. The hygienists are so thorough here. People who think cleanings should not be a bit uncomfortable probably have messy mouths or have never had them cleaned properly. My other dentist told me I needed 3 fillings an Dr. Sylvester showed me the teeth where there are small watch areas that he is monitoring. I appreciate that. Overall a friendly office with everyone wearing gloves and masks and plastic covers on everything.
