Very pleasant visit with lots of information that was useful. Very helpful assistant with lots of follow-up and very easy going personality that put my mind at ease and even gave me a follow up call the next day to update me on my referral questions. Excellent care all around

Started out a great doctor but now every time I call about my serious ongoing heath problems, he treats me like I’m wasting his time. And he has literally said finding out what’s wrong would be a waste of time. Never follows up on anything or gives me my test results, just seems like he doesn’t care anymore.

Doctor Pretorius has been my family doctor for 20+ years, best doctor I have ever had. Very knowledgeable, and doesn’t mind my asking questions. Personable, polite, and does his job very well. Good sense of humour.

I have been seeing Dr Pretorius for around 16 years. He is kind and compassionate. He will talk about his life experiences and stories while you're there, and he also makes sure that he hears what you have to say. Referrals do take some time and you may have to follow up but him and his staff ensure that it gets done.

Great doctor and all round good guy. He does what he can and sends for referrals immediately. I'm glad I have him for a doctor.

I have been seen Dr pretorius ever since he took over practice from Dr Reese he's always been very helpful got me through some rough times I have noticed in the last year he seems tired..I know he takes on a lot ..I find him very knowledgeable, and he always goes out of his way to find somebody to help me if he can't I enjoy him as a doctor and I feel he has a great personality
