Very unhappy:
Wait is 4 hrs (as Secretaries) squeeze them in after being bribed w/ filipino kakanin ( pastries).
He is always late to arrive due to his mistress.
He is not knowledgeable .

Oh come on. Who said that he's a great doctor? All he does is to chit chat with his filipino friends who come there to ask him a favor(for signing documents); writing prescriptions; and counting his patients.

Very poor customer service etiquette and no humility, regard, and diligence for patients. Patients wait for 3 hrs only to get turnedaway and sent home over !!!and over again to get a stupud med letter signed whilshe charges you a phenomenal charge of triple than what it should. He enjoys don't ng that, that way every time a pnt cones back, he bills the min of health each unnessary visit by showing your healthxard. And he screws around w his young Secretary. Such a PHONY GREEDY and ****EDDOCTOR

I have to say this doctor is questionable. He over prescribes medication already received by specialist. Directs patient to only fill prescription at the pharmacy by the office. Receptionist do not return phone calls aft 2 attempts. Books appt aft initial appt are completed made by some one else.

Misdiagnosis by "Dr." Carlos ended up in patient losing life. He should not even be practising in a profession that is supposed to try their best to save lives.

This doctor is AWFUL. I have a number of family members that used to go to him and we've all switched. He prescribed my aunt medication that should not have been taken together. She ended up in the ICU. The hospital couldn't understand why that would have happened since it was prescribed by the same doctor. He should have caught that. But I know why, he's AWFUL. This is just one incident of SO many that have convinced all of us that he's incompetent. If you care about your health, DO NOT GOT TO THIS DOCTOR.

This Doctor's practise is crooked. If you other patients arrive w/ pastries, secretaries squeeze them in b4 you even though you're waited for 2 1/2 hrs waiting alrdy! He triple-charges for notes and standard letters to be filled against what the norm. Ontario Physicians of Colleges and Nurses' fees should be. Secretaries lose files and don't call back persons calling to get verified info on your behalf! One secretary really oddly goes into his offc. and stays there for about 20 - 30 mins. and does, (WHO KNOWS WHAT)! You know what ------- favours i'm talking about! I question why this practise still exists...obviously there are a lot of sheltered "filipinos" who feel they can't and don't deserve better!
