Dr. Pritchard did not do what I asked him to do although I was very specific about what I wanted and it seemed like he knew what i was saying and agreed to it. He also charged more for a poorer result.

I had an upper and lower eye lift with Dr. Pritchard. He did an outstanding job. He doesn't advertise or do the talk shows. He is honest and will NEVER recommend anything he doesn't feel needs doing. Expensive-yes. Worth it-yes.

He is a very meticulous surgeon, and wants perfection. I had a facelift with him, and was extremely pleased with the results. I did not want to look windblown, and I looked very natural, yet younger.

I had rhinoplasty done with Dr. Pritchard and i am extremely satisfied with the results. Really, he is truly talented. I found out about Dr. Pritchard though a friend and when i had my consultation i felt comfortable right away. I know this word gets thrown around a lot, but it becomes very clear when you meet him that he is a genius.

Dr. Pritchard is an outstanding plastic surgeon. He is skilled and conservative in his procedures. Word of mouth is how he comes by his clients. You won't ever see him on peddling himself on a talk show. Our first meeting was a chance encounter outside of his office. I expressed an interest in having 2 procedures done. He gave me his thoughts on the first and was hesitant about the second one...he said I didn't need it. His mannerism is always pleasant and always professional. He is truthful and most importantly skilled. If you are thinking of getting something done, make sure you deal with a board certified plastic surgeon like Dr. Pritchard. I have had 2 successful procedures done by Sandy and couldn't be happier with the results. I have recommeded him to family and friends and would not hesitate a moment to do so in the future. His staff is kind, respectful, discreet, knowledgeable, caring and they clearly love and respect him as well. They are his second biggest fans next to me!

I had a consultation with Dr. Pritchard. I liked him a lot, more impt, I respect him. I need 2 procedures. I wanted to know whether he should do both, (1 is complicated)or should my surgeon in my home city do the 1st (less complicated) which is easier for me. He reassured me my surgeon here could do the 1st - that's honest, he's not just in it for the money. Also, his clinical judgement appeared excellent. I've consulted other surgeons, who appear to be 'following the manual' like technicians. He acted like a good, knowledgeable doctor (what are potential problems that I, as an individual, could be more or less likely to experience). He seemed interested in me, not just processing someone else thru a system. I trusted him, and will go to him for the 2nd, more complicated, procedure I need. It's hard to explain, but I trust him. I'd suggest that anyone thinking of cosmetic surgery consult him, I think you'll get an honest opinion from a knowledgeable, experienced surgeon.

Dr.Pritchard almost killed my mother in '95 when he performed an abdominoplasty/liposuction procedure on her. He denied any responsibility for his role, or the role of his staff, in the complications that arose. When it should have been clear that my mother had a stroke in his recovery room, he did not take steps to transfer her to a hospital until her condition became life treatening 3 hours later. During Dr. P's visit to the ICU, where my mother lay comatose, he was so arrogant that he examined her belly and told us that "she is going to look great - I did a good job". Medical records also suggest that there may have been complications during the surgery but this has been denied(without proper explanation for the unusual readings/entries in medical record). What concerns me most is that Dr.Pritchard never took any responsibility for disabling my mother. His cavalier approach to elective surgery made him dangerous and I would caution anyone considering surgery in a private clinic.

Dr. Pritchard is an angel! He not only fixed a severely botched job by another physician but I had him perform an additional operation. He is both professional and very kind. He is honest and, by his behaviour, is not in it for the money. He took all the time that I needed, answered every single question I had and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. His staff, from the front desk to the head nurse, are all top notch (both professional and caring). Dr. Pritchard has skill and demeanor that is not found often enough in the field of medicine. I can't recommend him enough!! He is the best!!!
