I first had facelift surgery with Dr Costa in 2007. When I looked in the mirror, I really felt as though I no longer saw myself. Instead I saw a lady who looked tired and worn out. Inside I felt healthy strong and youthful. I explained this feeling to Dr Costa and he patiently and thoroughly explained the procedure which would remove the excess tissue that made me have this unwanted appearance. I was thrilled with my surgery. He really cares about you like you are part of his family. Highly recommend if you feel you look tired. The procedure was without any problems. I healed quickly and in a week looked 10 years younger than my biological age. More importantly it made my outside appearance match my inner youthfulness. Would do it over again without hesitation.

It has been 12 years since my face lift, no one still never guesses I had work done, I did it early, age 46, am now 59 and still look 45. Dr. Costa s the ONLY surgeon who will touch my face!

A friend called from Los Angeles and spoke with my boyfriend to ask how I was doing post-surgery. His response was, "She looks fabulous!" Also, my family doctor saw me for a rountine check-up, and after noticing my age in the chart, she asked if I had any surgery lately. She thought that I looked good. Before leaving the office, she added, "You REALLY look great!" She asked for the surgeon's name and made a note of it!

I have had several procedures with Dr. Costa over the years and have been thrilled. Mostly recently I had a faceflift and cannot express how happy I am with the results. The recovery was much easier than I expected and him and all of his staff were so knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. If you are thinking about having anything done please see Dr. Costa. Once you meet him and his staff you would not trust anyone else with your face!!

Dr. Costa did my upper and lower eyelids...I was surprised at how easy it was. I had surgery on a Friday afternoon and on Sunday I was at the mall with my daughter. I get lots of compliments on my eyes, and I feel I look less tired..Thanks so much for a job well done!

My surgery with Dr. Costa was a huge success,I think that I look much improved. I even had another surgeon look at my work when in his office and he commented on what a nice job that Dr. Costa had done. So I am a happy customer. I have only compliments for Dr. Costa and his staff,I would choose them again. I am very satisfied with my results and his work.
