Dr. Alexander was amazing. The first doctor to take the time to do an MRI on my ankle to find out exactly what was going on after I had broken it 3x prior. I cannot thank him enough for taking the time and effort to fix my ankle & allow me to return to playing sports at a high level.

THE WORST DOCTOR EVER DO NOT USE- MESSED UP SURGERIES AND CONTINUES TO IGNORE ME BECAUSE HE DOES NOT WANT HIS MEDICAL STAFF TO SEE MY BIG ‘PIECE’ DURING SURGERIES AND NO I AM NOT JOKING. I WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE 2 SURGERIES AND INSTEAD I HAVE HAD 15. IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO RUIN YOUR LIFE- GO TO DOCTOR ALEXANDER. I HIGHLY UNDERQUALIFIED DOCTOR WHO GETS INSECURE ABOUT HIS LITTLE INDIAN PIECE AND WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE BECAUSE OF THIS INSECURITY! DO NOT TRUST HIM! ALSO- A RESIDENT OF HIS PULLED MY GOWN UP AND TOUCHED MY PIECE WHEN HE SAW THE SIZE OF IT (NOT KIDDING )

I had a Haglund's deformity fixed and it was fantastic. He is professional and very knowledgeable. He isn't much of a small talker, but he will take a lot of time to explain everything you need to know. He is very patient. Pradeep Alexander . He operate on my left foot . He operate on my four toes fixed my hammer toes.Result is excellence. First time he diagnosed my foot problem. Result is excellence. I had lots of pain but worth it. My recovery will be longer but end result will be good. He very professional and I knew that I was in capable, trusted hands .
He has my deepest gratitude and highest praise possibly. What an outstanding capable Doctor. However the administrative side of William Osler Brampton location very courteous. Thank you very much. Nurses ,Anesthesia,& nursing team are kind , compassionate & amazing.

I met Dr. A when I first broke my ankle. He did the surgery to fix it. He was amazing at that time. 10 years later, I have been having pain and when I saw him he said the only way to fix the pain was to remove the original hardware. He did my surgery a week ago and I feel amazing. No more pain. Dr A is the best orthopedic surgeon. I wouldnt go to anyone else but him. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He really is wonderful.

Had a surgery done from Doctor Alexander Pradeep. 1st of all, his admin is the absolute worst person ever. My brother was in the hospital and has his knee surgery done and when I called her to ask her a question she said “what do you want” even tho I should be able to call her a many times as I want. People need to understand that this is a whole knee surgery if the surgeon messes it up you could possibly stop walking for the rest of ur life on one leg, please chose your surgeon wisely. 2nd of all my brother was sent home for home care after his surgery and stitches got infected at home. 3rd of all my brothers knee surgery didn’t go well and he still required to come back and get his knee surgery done again.

So incredibly disappointed in this SURGEON! 1st routine not-complicated operation didn't work. I was naive enough to let him try again and still no success! Now my is deformed and i have nerve damage! Thanks!
