Mt grandfather has dementia and was released from this hospital prematurely. 3 days after being released and seeing his family doctor, they advised he was infact released too early and was in STEMI, an ambulance had to be called. Nurses in the cardiac unit were terrible. My grandfather had a rectal tube in they left for too long that the bag exploded and there was fecal matter on the floor for 2 weeks before it was touched. A nurse slipped on on mucas that was coming put of his rectum and tracked it all down the hallway. Another nurse came in and yelled at my father, stating it was his responsibility because he was his son to clean him, feed, him and clean his room. Another nurse came in and yelled at my grandfather that he was making a mess, my aunt had to tell the doctor what happened and she was completely removed from his case that day. This hospital is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Speaking to the paitient experience team gets you no where. If rather drive multiple hours to go to a hospital than coming here.

My recent visit Jan 2024 . The nurse that took the blood work seemed very angry to me, after the blood my vein started to swell up. She told me to push my wheelchair and wait on the other side. I was admitted and the doctor that was in charge of me couldn't answer any questions I asked, she discharged me on 4 th day stating that she is referring me to another doctor. She never sent referral when I called the specialist office. This Dr I am talking about was not nice and her tone in talking to me just made me feel that she just didn't like me. 80 percent of the staff is great but the 20 percent needs to find another profession. I wish I don't have to go to this hospital but when there's an emergency, the ambulance cannot take me to any other hospital.

Run away. Go to a witch doctor, a friend who has bandages, the Veterinarian, anybody at all but do not go here.

Disgusting Psychiatrist department! I complained about my Psychiatrist and they never found me another doctor! Now I am left with no help. Don't go there for mental health help. They are overwhelmed. The emergency room for acut mental health is dirty, addicts waiting to gets beds at detox centre's, while the very ill sit in chairs for days. The security team are frightening and rude. I will never go to see a Psychiatrist there again! Go to Trillium or Credit valley.

I had a baby on the 28th of October. A nurse named Karen in the labor and delivery unit was excellent and literally held my hand when I needed it. She made my delivery as comfortable as she could and for that I will forever be thankful and wont ever forget ❤️

Avoid this hospital at all cost! Very rude staff! Watch out for the widow maker nurse, Lynthia. She almost killed my mother with her neglectful attitude. Worst hospital ever two thumbs down.

Dr. Marjan Dolatshahi is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist

actual dogshat. was in for psych ward stuff. god awful. nothing to do. food is shattier than shat. wait takes forever. poor staff etc.
