I canceled a surgery 7 days before it was scheduled. After that, I tried calling the office of Dr. Burrows over 20 times over the course of the next 3 weeks to try to reschedule. They usually did not answer the phone and did not return my messages. On the 2 times that I did get a hold of someone, I was told that the surgery scheduler would have to get back to me. She never did. Finally, after 3 weeks of calling, I got a hold of someone and told her that I felt like they were purposely not returning or answering my calls. She admitted to me that the doctor did not reschedule surgeries that had been canceled. How unprofessional! This doctor must think that he is the only urologist in Tucson and that we are all at his mercy! I decided to see someone else.

The staff was horrible. They were rude, lazy, unfriendly, and not very helpful. It took days and multiple phone calls to get anything done, more stress and frustration then I needed. As for the Doctor didn't spend much time with him only about 5 min he seemed rushed and talked fast so his bedside manner wasn't the best. All in all it was a horrible experience.
