I am surprised why credit valley is continuing to keep this doctor despite so many bad reviews!
At my appointments i have found her to be v casual, insensitive & rude. her checkups are just 2 mins because she is least bothered to hear your concerns and help you out!

I had to give 1 because there is option for zero. She is a terrible terrible doctor , well I shouldn’t say a doctor. I don’t even know how she holds a medical degree. I wish I read her reviews before I chose credit valley hospital for my delivery. If you read it before please change your hospital because apparently they don’t give you an option to change your doctor. She made me paralyzed after delivery , she knew she made that mistake during my delivery and never even bothered to check on me after. She used forecep to deliver my baby and my baby came out with his eye all red and swollen because she put the forecep on his eye. Her staff / nurses were horrible and made me push for 3 hours without any break which damaged my legs nerves. I am lucky that I am able to walk again 6 months after my delivery. She is horrible doctor and it would be a nightmare for anyone to get her as OBGYN

Dr. Sylvie is a horrible doctor. She attempted to break my water at 31 weeks, risking my life and my baby’s. My water “spontaneously” broke at 34 weeks. The rest of my experience at Credit Valley Hospital was okay but clearly could have been disastrous. I’m pregnant again with my second child but would not risk delivering at the hospital again for fear that she may be my doctor.

If doctors are healers, this one is not! Please avoid seeing this doctor, if you like to have a healthy baby (never saw her for gyno so no idea how that would be). Why she still holds her medical license is beyond me; we had to bury our little girl because of her. her decision making (or lack thereof) has also placed all my future pregnancies in jeopardy. I will never forgive her and hope she considers taking up knitting in lieu of practicing medicine (that should be left to real doctors).

Her staff are very busy and dismissive as a result.
I waited an hour for my appt.
I asked for a new obgyn since at my last visit she just prescribed meds and didn’t hear me out completely.
She didn’t even discuss options for me.

She has killed many patients during medical procedures. Dr. Leone's medical licence must be terminated and she should be sent to prison. Please never go to this Dr. if you love your life.
