This is my second time with Dr. Kelly chu. The staff and service has only gotten better. I'm thankful and satisfied!

Dr. Chu delivered our first baby few weeks ago in THP Mississauga site. My wife had natural, spontaneous vaginal delivery without c-section. Dr. Chu did terrible job in removing the placenta, and even more terrible work with the laceration repair for my wife allthough my wife had 1st degree perineal laceration which should be EASY to fix. Few days after discharge from hospital, my wife suffered pain while walking and when passing urine, That pain lasted for days so we had to check with another OBGYN, and then we came to know about the terrible work Dr. Chu did during delivery.
Placenta wasnt removed in full by Dr. Chu, my wife had to go through painful process to remove the remains of placenta.
Stitches were done terribly by Dr. Chu using thick threads, that what caused pain to my wife while passing urine. That was also the cause of mild infections, my wife had to go through a course of antibiotics while breastfeeding. Terrible job by Dr. Chu. Definitely not recommended.

I've never had to deal with such disgusting rude and belligerent staff in my entire life ! I was referred to this doctor by my family doctor and upon arriving the staff already seemed rude and miserable. I wasn't even greeted mind you. It turns out that dr. kelly chu just decided to cancel our appointment for no apparent reason whatsoever and I was never even notified about this. The elderly lady at the front (along with 4 other admin) was already being rude about this seeing I had wasted so much time and gas (as I live far) just to even come there to begin with and showed absolutely no sympathy instead of just apologizing like any normal business would do about the misunderstanding. Another admin tried to jump in between our conversation trying to justify that their office had tried to reach my family doctor about this 'no reason given' cancelation yet when I asked her "did you even bother to ask for my new contact number", she just continued to ignore me as did the 3rd admin lady who also tried to intervene in our conversation. They all began to raise their voices at me and interrupted me every time I tried to speak which I found beyond absurd these women would even choose to take on a customer service role and behave like little children. Before leaving, I kindly asked for their names and they refused to provide me any of their names. I'm just grateful at this point not even having this consultation with dr. kelly chu as scheduled seeing if this is the staff she decided to hire, she is probably if not most likely just like them. Don't waste your time at this practice and save your parking money as well!

Dr. Kelly Chu was my OB from 2018, during my second and third child. She is very helpful and takes time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. I feel cared for every time I have an appointment with her.

Dr. Chu was my OBGYN for both my pregnancies-
10 years apart. She is just awesome that’s why I went back to her for my second.

Dr Chu was my obgyn for my first pregnancy and I thought she was great! I found her answers and advice to be very practical. They were rooted in statistics/data and just made me feel at ease. She didn’t rush or try to discourage me from asking any questions I had.

Never ever go to Dr Chu. She is very aggressive in her treatment and recommends surgery when medication might also work. The same day I got treated she sent two other patients to surgery. Also she downplays all the patients concerns and was not empathetic for a patient who was about to lose her pregnancy and a tube!

Dr chu is by far the worst dr I’ve ever had. She was on call for my first borns delivery. She stitched me up after my delivery, realized I had a retained placenta afterwards, un-stitched me and stuck her entire arm up my uterus and manually pulled my placenta out all with zero anesthetic leading to a haemorrhage. This was in 2016 and I am still traumatized to the day from that experience. It was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced and I’ve had 3 natural deliveries with NO epidural. In 2018 she filled in for my obstetrician for a check up a month before my due date with my second. She discovered I was breech. She told me I was too far along to flip the baby and recommended I should schedule a c-section. For 2 weeks before I saw my doctor I was in an anxious state because I thought I couldn’t deliver naturally. I’m deathly afraid of getting the epidural let alone a c-section. When I discussed with my doctor the c-section she was astonished that I was encouraged to get a c-section. The next week she flipped my baby over through an ECV and I delivered her naturally the following week.
