Had a very good experiance with this Doctor. I would highly recommend him. Doctors cant assure you everything will be ok all the time. His procedure on me went very well and his staff kept my comfortable and confident the whole time.

Dr. Grabowski is on time usually. He performed several tests on me to find out what is going on with my frequent urination and he did not find anything abnormal from all the test results. He did not have a clear explanation of what might be causing my symptoms and he was unsure about my problem. He prescribed several medications and none of them have been helpful so far. He is a good listener.

He's always on time or almost on time, which is so rare with any doctor I've been to. He seems caring and doesn't rush you. Only problem is he doesn't seem to have all the answers, but at least admits it. In the end, doctors are not God. Just frustrating as I would like to find out what is wrong.

I was referred to this Dr after an ongoing issue. The Dr seemed to know what it was right away and explained what it was to me. The office staff got me in for the surgery right away, and the Doctor solved my problem. He was very professional knowledgeable and concerned. The staff were rude and disorganized. While I waited I overheard a conversation about another patient (as the patient was standing there). They were discussing the fact that the information they had was a mixup because the summer help was very bad. The Dr. asked why they hadn't told him they were having issues with the summer help, and the response from the staff was "well, it is what it is".Meanwhile their records were mixed up in the wrong patient files. Scary stuff to be so easily brushed off.

Consultation appt- he was on time-amazing! Reception took me into the room right away. Dr came in 3 minutes later. He did not even introduce himself when he walked in the room. Asked me why I was there. Asked me a few simple questions. Asked me why I was on a certain medication. All this info was on the intake form I just took 5 minutes to complete. He didn't look at any of my health history-quite detailed and lengthy. Handed me a brochure, then took me to another room where reception booked me a procedure and gave me 2 req for lab work. That's it. Didn't reassure me. Wasn't able to answer my questions about what might be wrong. Nothing. I normally see specialists in Toronto, and this is why. The level of service I received was not satisfactory. I left very disappointed, still scared, with no answers. I understand that he can't diagnose anything without the testing, but he could at least reassure me that everything will be ok, this is quite common etc.

Best Dr ever in my eyes, the reception staff are just marvelous and funny, the Dr himself is very knowledgeable, told me exactly what was wrong and did all the requisitions in a timely fashion. I wish my family Dr was the same as him. Highly reccomend to anyone seeking a urologist.
