Not very helpful. Had a problem that I wanted him to look at the issue hasn't gone away, when I speak to him, he's got 1 foot out the door as I'm asking questions like he's in a rush.

The Dr. needs to take a hard look at his front office staff, who are doing him zero favours with their rude and belligerent behaviour. Time for them to stop blaming others for their incompetency, and hiding behind archaic processes; be 'human' and treat your patients with some respect

Dr Smith has forgotten how to treat people with multiple health issues and depression. Telling someone you’re disappointed in them for not mastering daily catheterization is not the best bedside manner. He has the knowledge and the skill set but lacks the compassion skills working with older people. No one in their right mind wants to have someone insert a catheter daily. If your dealing with depression from multiple issues I would not recommend

Unfortunately Dr. Smith is incapable of reading bloodwork... or he's lazy and just didn't want to. He went forward with a bladder tumor removal surgery on my father, despite all of the blood tests indicating that he was far too sick to be put under anesthetic. After the surgery they wanted to keep him overnight because he wasn't well. By morning the nurse found him vital signs absent. He had to be revived and was on life support. Dr. Smith didn't show his face at all afterwards interestingly enough. He spent weeks in Ajax hospital being forced to sit in bed naked by the nurses who thought it was their job to teach him a lesson about having accidents in bed. They told me that they needed him to get out of bed to go to the washroom but didn't think it was necessary to give him a gown in his ward room. Dr. Smith's office called trying to book another appointment and got really snotty when I told them that I would not be doing that as Dr. Smith had almost killed him the last time.

Had 2 appointments. 1st appt I saw him for maybe 1 minute. He gave me a lab form and that was it. (this could have been done over the phone) 2nd appt the follow up, I was in the room with him for less than 5 minutes. In the middle if me asking questions him questions he stood up and said good luck and walked me out of the room.

Incorrectly read biopsy report as negative and recommended incorrect treatment plan that would possibly have led to the spread of cancer. Fortunately mistake was caught by another urologist in time. Very disappointing.

Put your health first and go to another doctor, not worth the risk.
