Dr. Gupta is incredibly caring and understanding. I have never had a PCP that I actually enjoy going to see! I have recommended her to all of my friends and rave about how wonderful she is.

Waited for over two hours for my appointment, I was finally called in to see Dr Gupta, appearantly I was her last patient of the day, she grabbed her purse to leave after speaking with me for less than 10 minutes. I was referred to a specialist for a health condition I have. The specialist tried to call Dr Gupta for over two weeks to speak to her, never received a call back. I left numerous messages for Dr Guptas assistant, clearly she never listen to her messages since she did call back and leave me a message, but completely unrelated to the question I had called regarding. I called to get an appointment to go over my bloodresults, was told the first available appointment was two months from now! I have never been treated with such disregard and attitude as with Dr Guptas staff. I have changed doctors

The most unprofessional medical office I've been to, from the receptionists, assistants, to Dr. Gupta. Zero follow through. Messages disgarded. One assistant went on lunch break and forgot I was in the room waing to have blood drawn. HORRIBLE. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Dr . Gupta was pleasant and very detailed in her service but the staff need needs training. Customer service is lacking. It is over 3 months that I am trying to get my results and is disconnected every time I try to speak with a team member. Anxiously waiting for the year to end so I can change to a more pleasant experience.

Had to wait a month to get a "new patient" appointment. When that day finally arrived i showed up 15 min early and signed in and paid my copay. I was told to take a seat. I sat for 1 1/2hrs in the waiting room. I approached thr receptionist and told her i wanted my copay back because I wasnt going to wait any longer. She asked if i wanted to cancel or reschedule. I told her i would find a new pcp. I hope my wasted afternoon will help someone make a better decision when considering this doctor.

Doctors Gupta and Ozaki are fine practitioners once you are able to get in to see them. The sign outside says "Walks Ins Welcome". Good luck with that ! Also good luck trying to get someone on the phone or having them take the time to do anything that doesn't directly involve them getting payment from your insurance company. Need forms sent to a third party? Ha! Not going to happen! Office staff is disinterested and incompetent beyond belief. Your time is of no consequence to this crew and wait times topping 3 hours are par for the course. I've been going to this office for years and have put up with the deteriorating level of service but I have reached my breaking point. There simply has to be another practice in Broward county where one can be treated with a minimum level of courtesy.

I really like Dr. Gupta but I am tired of being treated rudely or dismissed entirely whenever I call this office. I have been going to her for five years and have tried to look past the rude and often incompetent office staff but will not continue to be treated poorly any longer. Dr. Gupta is a kind and compassionate doctor who listens and takes her time with patients. It is a shame that she has such low standards for her office staff.

Dr. Gupta is awful. She diagnosed me with migraines and instead of sending me to a neuro she wrote me rx for darvocet. When my headaches got worse, she wrote Percocet. I ended up in the hospital several times with a monster migraine that lasted more than two weeks. The neuro told me that advil or imitrex was best and the narcotics she gave me made it worse. She also treated my father for his high cholesterol when she should have referred him out. He was in her office with heart failure but she told him he had a cold or bronchitis despite the fact that his liver enzymes and triglycerides were through the roof. Had she referred him to the Er or a cardio then he would have saved two weeks in icu and it's a miracle he is alive. Worst doctor ever. Horrible staff. Wait is forever. She's an idiot who likes to make patients wait so she can see drug reps and write unneeded harmful drugs to patients she has no business treating. Find someone else.
