Staff wonderful Dr Gupta same. Dr Gupta and Staff have gotten my Diabetes under control. I thank them and would refer always.

this doctor is not good broke my back and fractured my pelvis, when i had a grand mal seizure. no compassion wrote me a bunch of referalls and just sent me on my way. she shouldnt even be able to work on animals this lady can care less if you sleep or you dont spread the word danger she might mis diagnos you and end up in hospice

Missed diagnosed an allergic reaction for which I brought the documentation to go over with her but she would not listen. I almost died in the hospital because of the misdiagnosis.

She doesn't spend much time with you..Horribel staff..Doesn't keep proper records..I got fed up and recently changed her as my family physician..I won't recommend her.

I was short of breath. coughing alot. dr gupta put me on nebulizer treatment in office. still short of breath after treatment. dr gupta said i have bronchial asthma. never took a chest xray. sent me home with medication. told me to come back in 2 weeks if no improvement. well i got worse after 2 weeks and went to hospital emergency room where i was diagnosed with CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE,NOT BRONCHIAL ASTHMA. AFTER MORE TESTS, WAS DETERMINED THAT I NEEDED A BYPASS ON MY PULMONARY ARTERY AND A MITRAL VALVE REPLACEMENT. BRONCHIAL ASTHMA????WHAT A JOKE...AVOID THIS WALK IN CLINIC BY ALL MEANS. STAFF EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. VERY HARD TIME GETTING PRESCRIPTIONS REFILLED. HAD TO WAIT USUALLY 48 HOURS..

Dr. Gupta herself is a good doctor. However, there is another doctor I went to see there and he was so impersonal and unfriendly. He barely would look in my eyes when I spoke and only checked out 80percent of my complaints. He was short with me. I found the office staff to be extremely rude. I also got a bill in the mail for 150 dollars which I don't feel I should have to pay because my insurance covers the visit. I only have a 20dollar copay. I waited almost as long as I would have to wait in an emergency room. Over all, not pleased. Won't be going back.

Dr. Gupta is an excellent D.O. but her office staff is horrible. I simply asked them to contact the pharmacist to verify a prescription name and they hung up on me several times. In addition, they presented a very harsh attitude for simply requesting this contact be made. Inez(person who answers the phone) and Lydia (office manager) both act as though I was wrong to ask that this call be made. Futhermore, the pharmacist, several hours earlier faxed them the very same request. Problem 1. There is a pharmacy at Dr. Gupta's office and I have stopped getting my prescriptions there. Could this be an issue? Problem 2. Last time I was there the for lab work they attempted to chard me $20 copay? I checked with CIGNA and they said that labs are covered at $0.00 copay. I went to an approved lab and payed no copay. [I don't believe the office staff approved of me checking with CIGNA and requesting my copay refunded from their office before lab services were performed.]

Dr. Gupta is an analytical and experienced clinician. If you chose to go to her, be aware there may be a wait. More importantly, I know you are in good hands. Once in the exam room with her, she will spend sufficient time to diagnose and recommend your next step. Her personality is very warm, kind and approachable. South Florida needs more doctors like Dr. Neena Gupta.

I've been a patient of hers for 10 years at least. I have never known a Dr. that is as compassionate as she is. She will take her time and I never feel rushed. Very knowledgeable and not one to give out prescriptions unless necessary. I have great confidence in her.
