This man made me fear doctors. I went to him in 1997 for a consultation about reconstructive surgery and he was arrogant, rude to me about my body and hurt me physically, while telling me to stop being such a baby. I was there because another surgery I had undergone went terribly wrong and I was in extreme pain, both physically and emotionally from that experience as it was. He added insult to injury, was terribly inconsiderate and rough and I ended up leaving his office in excruciating pain and crying uncontrollably (and I am NOT prone to breaking down). I would not recommend this man to anyone and would rather be disfigured than have someone like that operate on me.

Had Breast Reduction and destroyed muscle and am now very deformed. Very painful surgery and doctor was extremely uncaring from the get go. I'll regret it the rest of my life. Others BEWARE of this doctor.

Staff was always very friendly at each visit. Doctor took his time removing ugly scar tissue left from a previous doctor. My surgical results are mixed, one spot turned out good and one turned out bad (Which is what i was told would probably happen). I would definitely recommend this office. Very professional and thorough.

Incompetent, lack of integrity. Clearly does not know how to perform plastic surgery.

Very unfriendly and unwilling to answer questions. I got a nose job and I am not completely unhappy with it, but it could have been much better. Very disappointed....GET ANOTHER DOC!

Had a tummy tuck--terrible job. My sister-in-law also had one by him a few months after me. Also had a terrible job. Both of us are very dissappointed. Friend had breast reconstruction after my surgery, had to go and get it redone in Detroit area. But on the good side, another friend had a tummy tuck and he did a great job. I think he had good surgery days and bad surgery days. Staff not real friendly. Had to wait a long time.

Dr. Alghanen did an excellent job of cosmetic surgery on my eyes. He was very professional and the results were great. I would go back to him again.

Dr. Alghanem did a wonderful job on removing my carcinoma. He is punctual, knowledgeable, and his staff are polite, upbeat and professional. Dr. Alghanem was very good to work with and I will return to his office if I need any additional surgery.
